Coherent breathing 5-5 (1 minute)
Coherent breathing means breathing in for 5 seconds and out for 5 seconds, about six breaths a minute, for one minute. It is a short taste of the slow, even resonance breathing people usually practise for several minutes, sized to fit before a scroll.
How to do it

Breathe in gently through your nose for 5 seconds.
Breathe out slowly for 5 seconds.
Keep this even rhythm for one minute.

How long does it take?

What if I can't do it?
Try 4 seconds in and 4 out, or simply make each exhale a little longer than each inhale. Stop if it feels uncomfortable; “I can't do this” in the app swaps in another Move and stops suggesting it.
How many minutes does it unlock?
