20-20-20 eye rest
The 20-20-20 eye rest means putting your phone down and looking at something about 20 feet (6 m) away for 20 seconds. It is the break optometrists suggest every 20 minutes of screen time, turned into a Move you do before you scroll.
How to do it
20-20-20 eye rest, step by step.
Put your phone face down.
Look at something far away, about 6 metres (20 feet) or more.
Keep your gaze there, blinking normally, for 20 seconds.
Playable
Try it now: 20 seconds.
Start the timer and do the Move until the ring closes. In the app, the same timer checks it.
Why this Move
Why it's a good Move before a scroll.
Gives your eyes a break from close-up screens

Invisible: part of discreet mode
Stop if anything hurts, and swap the Move with “I can't do this” in the app. MiniMove is a wellbeing app, not medical advice.
