One gratitude
One gratitude means writing one short line about something you are grateful for right now, which takes about 40 seconds. It swaps the feed's highlights for one of your own before you scroll.
How to do it
One gratitude, step by step.
Think of one thing, big or tiny, that you are glad about today.
Write it in one line: at least 10 characters.
Stuck? Try a person who helped you, something you ate, or a sound you like.
Save it: it goes into your Bank and your private journal.
Playable
Try it here
This one happens in the app, with one typed line. Here is a Move you can play in your browser:
Why this Move
Why it's a good Move before a scroll.
Builds a private log of good moments
Invisible: part of discreet mode
Takes less than a minute
Stop if anything hurts, and swap the Move with “I can't do this” in the app. MiniMove is a wellbeing app, not medical advice.

Questions
About One gratitude
How long does it take?
About 40 seconds, start to finish. Every Move in MiniMove takes 90 seconds or less.
What if I can't do it?
Dictate it instead of typing, or write the smallest thing you can think of: “hot coffee this morning” is plenty. “I can't do this” in the app swaps in another Move and stops suggesting it.
How many minutes does it unlock?
Whatever the Move, it opens the app for the window you chose: 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes of real use (15 by default), capped at twice that on the clock. It also goes into your Bank.
