Wrist & hand stretch
This stretch works the scrolling muscles, wrists, fingers and thumbs, in 30 seconds. It is a gentle break for heavy phone and keyboard days.
How to do it
Wrist & hand stretch, step by step.
Hold one arm out, palm up, and gently pull the fingers back with the other hand for 5 seconds.
Turn the palm down and gently press the back of the hand for 5 seconds.
Spread your fingers wide, then make a soft fist, five times.
Gently draw each thumb across your palm, then switch hands.
